Seated cervical rotation

It is one of the simple exercises to strengthen your neck muscles. It is good in the way that it
can be done just at any place.
 When sitting, rotate your neck to the right to about 90 degrees, then
rotate it back, looking forward. Next, turn it to the left for 90 degrees.
Repeat 8-12 times
3 sets in a row
It can be done multiple times a day
