It mainly increases the mobility of the spine. As the name suggests, the starting pose is like a
quadruped, resting on knees and hands.
Step 1 – Start with a quadruped pose.
Step 2 – Lift one of the hands from the ground and then move it below the chest,
trying to extend as far as possible to the opposite side.
Step 3 – Repeat for another side.
