An excellent way to activate the ankle, foot, and arch. Suitable for rehab when recovering from ankle sprains and strains.
Step 1 โ Sit in a chair with a towel below your foot. Ensure that your foot remains in a downward pointed position during the exercise.
Step 2 โ Use your toes to scrunch the towel closer to you. Make sure your ankle and knee do not move during the exercise.
